Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within this period.

 

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item has been used, damaged, or is incomplete.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items.

Non-Returnable Items: First Layers

Due to hygiene reasons and because our first layers are handmade and produced in limited quantities, first layer garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies even if the item is unused.

 

Returns Within Sweden

For returns within Sweden, a return fee of SEK 182 applies and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping is handled according to our instructions after you have contacted our customer service.

 

Returns Outside Sweden

For orders delivered outside Sweden, we do not offer prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the return is sent to the address provided by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the return has been received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

 

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us are not considered valid returns. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge costs for shipping and handling before any refund is issued.

 

Claims & Defective Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. In the case of an approved claim, we will cover the return shipping costs.
